Remote Support – Most times, we can walk you through a problem over the phone or by getting connected directly to your computer. How? Mostly it involves magic wand waving and fairy dust, but we can’t give too much away. Just know that you can call one of our English speaking, RI based, patient and courteous remote support techs and we can get started getting you fixed. The best part is that our flat rate remote support service is both fast and easy on the budget. Did we mention that if we can fix it in under 5 minutes, it’s free?

Phone and Remote Support – $125 flat fee per incident, prorated in 15 minute increments if under 1 hour.

On-Site – Sometimes you just need someone there to see what is happening in a computer’s native habitat. Whether it is investigating a weak spot in your Wi-Fi that grinds Netflix to a halt or making sure that everyone can print their homework, we can be there to help. Just give our dispatcher a call to set up an appointment and the best part is, we won’t play that 4 hour window game with you. Let’s pick a time and if we are running early or late, we’ll let you know. After all, your time is important too and we respect that.

On Site Support and Consulting – $125/hour (1 hour minimum charge). Billed in 30 minute increments beyond the first hour. We do not charge for travel time anywhere in Rhode Island. $175/hour Nights & Weekends

New Computers – $125 consulting fee on all personal and laptop computer purchases.
$250 fee on server computer purchases

  • Customer consultation, to help determine client needs
  • Order and configuration of system from our suppliers
  • Installation and configuration of operating system and other software
  • In store transfer of customer data to new machine and installation of customer supplied software

In-Store – If you would rather talk face to face with a tech and still love top notch flat rate service, then bringing your computer to one of our walk in locations is the best bet. We are happy to get your computer up on the bench, answer your questions, or even just give you some advice.

Drop Off Service – $125 Flat Rate (Includes all labor charges and diagnostic procedures.) If you need it in a hurry add $75 to the flat rate and we’ll make your computer top priority.

  • Diagnose customer issues
  • All Windows/Mac updates and patches
  • Hardware and software upgrades
  • Remove spyware, malware and viruses
  • Clean install of operating system
  • Remove potentially harmful dust from inside of computer

All hardware and software upgrades will be charged separately. All service comes with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the same problem arises within one month of service, just bring it back to the store and we will fix it at no additional charge.

Data Backup Service
$75 plus cost of media.

iPhone/iPad Repair
$150 replace broken screens.

Data Recovery
$250 plus cost of media for in house recovery. For more complicated recovery, such as mechanical failure, a quote will be provided.
