Small Business Support Agreements
$200/month plus $40/month per computer and $90/month per server (physical or virtual)
Our standard service includes: one scheduled on-site maintenance visit and unlimited priority emergency support during normal business hours.
On-Site Support and Consulting
$200/hour (1 hour minimum charge)
$300/hour Nights & Weekends
Billed in 30 minute increments beyond the first hour. We do not charge for travel time anywhere in Rhode Island.
Remote Support
FREE for those quick fixes that take just a few minutes (up to five minutes).
$200/hour

Billed in 15 minute increments.
In-store
Drop Off
Flat rate $200 (includes all labor charges & diagnostic procedures)
If you need it in a hurry, add $75 to the flat rate and we’ll make your computer top priority.
Our standard service includes:
• Diagnose customer issues
• Data backup
• All Windows updated and patches
• Hardware and software installation
• Remove spyware, malware, viruses
• Clean install of the operating system
• Remove potentially harmful dust from the inside of the computer
Pick-up and Delivery Service
$50 Roundtrip
We will come to your home or office, disconnect the system and then return and reconnect after repair. Includes connecting PC and peripherals. All other services will be at our normal hourly charge of $200/hour
Additional Services
New Computers
$200 consulting fee on all personal and laptop computer purchases
$350 fee on server computer purchases.
Our standard service includes:
• Customer consultation, to help determine client needs
• Order and configuration of the system from our suppliers.
• Installation and configuration of the system from our suppliers.
• Installation and configuration of operating system and other software
• In-store transfer of customer data to new machine and installation of computer supplied software.
Data Backup Service
$200 plus the cost of media
iPhone/iPad repair
$200 to replace broken screens
Data Recovery
$300 plus the cost of media for in-house recovery. For more complicated recovery, such as mechanical failure, a quote will be provided
