Us
We
have been working with computers since 1995, managing computers
and networks from 1 to 100 computers. Upgrading, repairing, troubleshooting,
networking and installing computers and servers. We have been responsible
for each company's critical data and applications, knowing that
for your business to run, you need your computers to work for you,
not to be constantly working on your computers.
We
believe in honesty and integrity. We want you to feel that what
we are doing is both correct and necessary. Nothing that we do is
a secret and we are accountable for all the changes that we make
to your systems. We are eager to explain the process of what we
are doing while we are doing it and why. We are also enthusiastic
to show someone how to fix the problem themselves so the next time
it happens money doesn't need to be spent to do the same thing over
and over again.
We
have the expertise to do it right the first time. With experience
in a wide range of industries - realty, insurance, law firms, schools,
accounting, distribution, and maintenance - we are familiar with
many of the specialized software products for each industry such
as Amicus, Worldox, HotDocs, TimeSlips TimeMatters, AMS, and FACsys.
Of course, we also support the systems that these programs perform
on - Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, XP, 2000 and the server platforms including
the Microsoft Small Business Server Suite. We support cross platform
connectivity including AS\400, Novell and UNIX.
And
if we don't know the answer, we have the resources to find it quickly.
As Microsoft Certified Professionals, we have a wide network of
clients and consultants that are probably using the same software
as you.
